As far as I know the criteria of minimum share price has to be met in order tobe listed . It is either $2.00 Amex and $3.00 nasdaq. Time wise I think trading At the required pric e for 30 days!
SunnComm's last attempt took three months only to begin something like 54 questions that needed answering in a short timeframe making it nearly impossible to attain. This attempt is a completely different issue as when we apply we will be a revenue producing entity and it is expected to be quite different in that the SEC is more apt to allow revenue producing entities to get listed quicker, but time wise I am not sure. Although I have heard that it will happen this year, which would be wonderful.
There is also a minimum trading range depending on which exchange we apply too.
