You're right, the certification was inevitable.

However, it's arrival was dragging on and was putting a damper on when backlog orders could be placed and updated, and likely was holding up the upcoming CC announcement, which I would now expect to be any day now, and even possibly tomorrow.

The stock price has as you said has been steadily rising in anticipation, albeit incremental and slow. Realistically, I would not expect Q3 to be anything extraordinary, and flat earnings would be more probable than not.

I'm not purporting that the sp will blast-off immediately, just that the foundation for substantial growth is now in place because it is the large companies & utilities that have the deep pockets or access to financing that will shape order size (when they come in) in multitudes larger than what we have been used to.
