Yes, my thoughts are the market doesn't trust the company information arm data, possible conflict of interest Cognate relationship, and the continual non transparent actions. Management's ability to manage investor expectations. Period. There are many things that fall under that - audit risk from no cfo, questionable relationship with cognate, delay delay delay - but in the end NWBO is the cause of the pathetic place the pps currently sits at...much to shorts' delight.
