I listened to that CC and all the upbeat comments but heard little about EVSI. I expect some explanation of why it was acquired (for ActSoft?) and where HISC and ActSoft fit with respect to EVSI. I get 1/50th of my shares in HISC in EVSI stock and don't really have a clue what business EVSI is in!

I suppose that the HISC insiders/management get the same.

Nano,I am now realizing that GSFC is a subsidiary of SSTY, not HISC.
