I actually just called IR (Jordan). I was wondering if registration was required for the AGM. If anyone is going, registration is NOT required for any shareholder. Hope to see some folks from the board.

Hi XXXXXXXX - We sent advanced notice to Health Canada to ensure that they would be onside before the deal was announced. They responded and indicated that the planned operations appeared in line with MMPR regulations.
