How did Grey Fox end up owning DB Capital ? Didn't the filings say DB Capital was paid back ? Maybe these shares are the pay-off ?

I just happen to have this pop up and thought if anyone knew what this was about it would be you.

Gray Fox Petroleum Corp. owns the assets of DB Capital Corp. The assets include a 4% equity interest in the Graffiti Junktion restaurant in Lake Mary, Florida; a 5% equity interest in the Graffiti Junktion restaurant in Orlando, Florida, and 10 million shares of Wialan Technologies, Inc. Previously, the Company was a domestic oil and gas exploration and development company focused on the acquisition and exploration of oil and natural gas properties in the Western United States. As of March 31, 2015, the Company had no revenues.

Just a couple days ago I saw a pix on FB of Will and a woman claiming to be a new adviser to Wialan. The picture was taken at the Graffiti Junction restaurant. Just strikes me a bit funny.
