Posters here have been informing investors about IDGC and Dufort and Goulding ad nauseam. The SEC will react to valid complaints about a non filer if share manipulation and or stealing can be proven. The SEC will not react to stupidity however.
A simple search of the SEC shows Dufort had already been spanked and suspended by them for dicking around with investor funds in 2004.
Current situation at IDGC shouldn't be a surprise to anyone!
