With a 100:1 R/S that's a little under 35 million shares outstanding, with an A/S of 250 million. I honestly will not trust that more shares won't be issued after Scott assured me when they increased the A/S that it was only being done for backing preferred shares and endorsements. Neither of them happened and they maxed out the A/S.
