Itrade......MMs have many techniques to keep price from rising during period of heavy buying. 1) they delay posting buys until after the close to keep investors in the dark about the magnitude of buying; 2) MMs trade shares with other MMs to create an appearance of selling. 3) MMs will sell shares at the bid to make it look like investors are selling. 4) the Trend Indicator is setup to create an illusion of selling. MMs use this one all the time. They will have one trade at bid (probably a buy by investors), then lower the ask to the old bid. All trades at the new ask will appear red with a down arrow. A novice investor will see all the red and assume selling while 100% of the trades were actually buys. MMs use these tricks all the time to manipulate share price. All you have to do is watch Level II and the times of trades............
