Comments re TB's trubbles may not be welcomed by the court. But nevertheless, I will render my opinion that he cannot find any "cost basis" for shares dumped.

I expect that he got "gifted" lots of LOCH shares, plus other companies that "benefitted" from his services.

I doubt that he is the only one.
