Guess it's possible. Another 100:1 R/S to make the PPS more presentable. Some given percentage of current traders/investors get pissed off and leave. Another group arrive to take their place. Maybe where they have received an Email alert about some microcrap which has suddenly surged in value 100X? LOL Porter repeats the recent experiment of massive dilution against the resulting shares.

But why should Porter go through the hassle of the paper games for another R/S? Walk the PPS back up to 0022, and then hit with a few wash trades. Keeps the PPS in place, with the illusion of volume.
