Looks like some 1 tick flippers, and if I had to guess some big time shorting.

Add today's volume plus the ask and that's almost more than the O/S. And I doubt that 20Million that was just bought at 0003 was by some random flipper, so me thinks those shares are locked for a little longer than 1 tick.

Also, the bid is almost as large as the whole outstanding share count lol.
