What Transfer Agent was that?
If the shareholders list was certified on 3/1/15, what was the "as of" date of the list itself?

We could use some current numbers. The numbers can't be correct since I know of a holder with more than 4 million shares held in CEDE and that was before Dec 2014

the number of shares held by CEDE is 3.5M shares, but over 17M shares in 3 days last month. I wonder if officers were selling shares?
