I don't think Gannon is desperate.

Seems like he's already recognized they are in a pickle
with Toxic Financiers.

Question you should ask Gannon & Jason Harvey is how is the
money being used to get Rid of all these Toxic Financiers and
what reassurances are they offering that they will NEVER EVER EVER
deal with these Toxic Financiers again.

As for posting here... I think its ok, as long as he is candid,
transparent and upfront. If you ask him, if he tells you, his stake
in the company based on common/preferreds (outside of his regular
salary) is probably far greater than anyone else here combined.
