I don't think the 73000 preferred are an issue either... I said in my original post they were probably already converted. However, I totally disagree that the company has cancelled preferred stock. If that was the case, the Nevada corporate information would not still show the 50M. They only cancelled the "Designations". There is a difference. Each designation had different rules associated with them.
