Captain Obvious knows what has and has not been done. I pointed out the snails pace progress in a previous post. If you're going to report through 3rd party. It would be nice if you'd try and include progress as well. There has been movement there in past week or so. True, they haven't removed the paint cans and ceiling tiles.
