As you must know, a post on this board doesn't satisfy the public disclosure requirement.
"The timing of the required public disclosure depends on whether the selective disclosure was intentional or non-intentional; for an intentional selective disclosure, the issuer must make public disclosure simultaneously; for a non-intentional disclosure, the issuer must make public disclosure promptly. Under the regulation, the required public disclosure may be made by filing or furnishing a Form 8-K, or by another method or combination of methods that is reasonably designed to effect broad, non-exclusionary distribution of the information to the public."

The market opens in 2 minutes. The simultaneous disclosure requirement seems to require that the following be provided in a broad, non-exclusionary distribution of the information to the public by then (In fact, given that your post was made before yesterday's close, the public disclosure is already late.):

1. Ms. Linda Keeton-Cardno, Certified Professional Accountant, has been retained to prepare financial statements.

2. Empire Stock Transfer, Inc. has been duly appointed as the Transfer Agent, and is working with the CPA to finalize financial statements.


Will you be doing that or will the company itself be taking that action?

Why resign because of stockholder harassment rather than take legal action?
Did the company award any stock to employees or officers?
What did Barton say?
