Scared? Nothing to be scared about. The company pretty much does not do a thing but dilute its stock and of course when it reverse splits... the excuse will be it had to, otherwise it would not survive.
Textbook pink stock so far.
P and D a couple of times and then reverse split. Lets see how long they can drag it out before they do it again.
