MMPR Lawsuit

The lawsuit was filed with the Court of Queen's Bench of New Brunswick, Judicial District of Fredericton for: breach of confidence, conversion, breach of contract, conspiracy and breach of trust, breach of fiduciary duty, and negligent misrepresentation.

It reads like MFT is accusing OGI of stealing there joint business plans and contract contacts from under there noses to start THC. Courts will find out if this is true or not. Seems like a real Snake move.

OK, now wait a minute, i just got back from work, it took me about 4 minutes to digest all of this, - I read both the complaint and the response twice - I like my position in the company, all the lawsuit says is this loser company can't hang with their business plan, so they are sad that Organigram and their buddies are using their plan
