Tomorrow there will be a "wider update release via PR Newswire"

could mean:
1) just what it says: same release, wider public because it is through PR.
But why post it on OTC before...
2)wider : more details about the deal
3)wider : more general update about EPGL situation (Coopers, AT&T, ...)

My preference is for 2) and 3) as 1) won't be understood imho.
