Yes, many lawsuits are settled out of court, that has been Dr. Steven Victor's MO for many years with his other SCAMS, but he has got in way over his head. The lawsuits are just going to keep on piling up now. He's either going to have to dig deep into whatever money he has put aside from his shenanigans or face the musc and possibly go to JAIL…….
