Philip, you are correct. Both my brokerage firms have said the records still are intact. I would sell 10,000 of mine right now for $3 each. But nothing would be sweeter to get something over ten each!!!
To my point about organizing...there needs to be a gathering of names and holdings to form the basis of a group. Firms will actually be looking at us (hopefully there is at least one respected firm that does not have ties to Morgan) on contingent or majority of damages payout.
