Hard to say there, but my expectations would be at some point after the AGM would be the best time to get the ball rolling. They have been quiet for over 3 months and now a structural change forthcoming. Have they given up or have they been negotiating/finalizing forward plans???
This is by far the quietest they have been about HM.
This ship has a history of rapid increases. A deal or deals to solidify funding and project requirements to move on HM will shoot this toward a nickel +\- before drills even hit the ground..
