I agree, I like the man. I also don't mind him borrowing my money as long as I have proof he doing what he says he is going to do with it and give me a decent return.

So far so good round one paid off some debt. I believe round two started today with the restructuring that was mentioned.

If I was in his shoes the predicament would bring me to 2 conclusions......

Come grand opening do we want to....

1. Be sitting at .01 PPS or

2. Be Debt Free

Personally I think if we have #2 then #1 will surely follow
and if big money is to be persuaded Whether .004 nor .01 would do the trick debt free just might work.

Bottom line the reward is bigger than the risk in this case!
