Quiet period does not cover every shred of information and every issue that VEVE has PR'd over the last 2 years.

There is really no excuse for this behavior.

I see he decided to let VMGI go delinquent in filing unaudited finacials.

He issue a notice of late filing, but then never filed by the date he promised, with no explaination. A real SEC registered company would be required to file an 8K when they didn't meet their own deadline for late filing.

This is looking more like a share dumping (for cash) scheme by VMGI than a viable business.
