These guys paid themselves more than $110,000 in executive bonuses on top of their cushy salaries while vendors are being paid in stock!!! Putnam's bonus isn't disclosed, so would most certainly up that figure substantially.
As a shareholder, I think these salaries and bonuses are inexcusable because they have added no value. These guys better be prepared to bring the chickens home to roost or I'll start droppin the heat.
