Leveling the playing field for Apple manufacturers has to be one of IDCC's primary goals. Pegatron is our largest single revenue contributor and can't be too happy about that; as we know they have filed in a Taiwan court. We'll get some details on that filing in the Q2 update.
I am pretty certain that discussions have been going on with Apple and Foxconn; much as I would like to know the status of those talks, I don't think management can provide any color without violating secrecy provisions that always govern such discussions. The fact that no legal action has been taken indicates that the talks are not hopeless. If you recall, Pegatron had a significant amount paid for past sales; Foxconn will have a significantly higher amount due. The longer they can postpone an agreement, the more pressure it creates on IDCC to settle. I would hope that we have a hard deadline in mind for either an agreement or initiation of a lawsuit.
