Why does ADVFN treat a ticker as brand new, just because the "D" is added?

STBVD for instance, there is no history available prior to the "D" being added.

The level II service that I use knows that STBVD has a history as STBV, and seamlessly displays previous prices. Why can't ADVFN?

I can't get level 2 on RDUS...can you fix this please?
