I do not hold him responsible for anything he said prior to his commitment to the company. I do however judge the potential of someone based on the things that are known about them.

In this case we know that Dan is the type of person that is ok with not following the rules if there is nobody to regulate them.
So a piece of info like insider holdings that should be public info is kept secret because nobody will enforce the rule and it is OK with Dan.

This is directly related to a spin out where the fact that the exchange not having stiff regulations is a benefit to the company

The CSE was chosen for several reasons. The CSE is an up and coming exchange and has a regulatory model and environment that is more similar to US based exchanges.

I take into consideration a persons character no matter when they show it. IMO the things Dan has said on this board are very important to any investor because he was completely unrestricted with his words prior to joining the company.
