When I first brought up this matter to ClearTrust, Kara Kennedy told me over the phone that she did not know who Bruce and Martha Pollock were.
Another source advised that Kara had previously hand delivered GESI and/or BLDW certs to Bruce Pollock. Certainly such a trip would be documented in some manner.
Another investor advised to me that Kara told them that "Pollocks" were the contact of GESI for paperwork.
When I questioned Kara why it appeared that she lied to me, I started receiving emails from CleartTrust attorney Mark Harmon stating that there was nothing further that ClearTrust could assist me with. I felt as if this was an attempt to intimidate me, just my opinion.
