Should be interesting to see how IVXX is sold in Nevada. I guess they just license the brand to Medifarm ,et al...... I did notice that the ownership of all the Medifarms in Nevada have DP name and or Salwa and the IVXX LLC of Nevada is identical so technically the ownership is the same and would not change so Nevada probably would not object. IVXX LLC of California has M Nahass only... and his name does not appear on the NEvada side.... I think DP has had it figured out how a long time ago...
