Yes it would. The OTC is littered with zombie tickers. Those are tickers for long-dead companies. At this point ITEN is less than a year delinquent with its required financial reports, so it's too soon for the SEC to move to revoke registration.. But that will happen eventually, and then ITEN will go away forever.
