look, i think the biggest problem is that we are searching in the past to see the future. And if once the Past is so important, than we should also see that Nugent never did a R/S and not diluted the hell out of this stock.
Perhaps the past of someone wasn't successful, perhaps someone never got the change to do things, or someone destroyed others with doing things, but that should never mean that it wont be successful in the future, it think everyone should get @least a change to can do it.
And if money was the reason that Nugent wasnt successful so far, even thinking that he will be very successful this year, he had could diluted the hell out of the stock, do a big R/S and dilute to the next R/S, rinse and repeat, he had sure could raise 10s millions dollar capital from. Perhaps RDSH would now generate revenues, so what is now better, this way, or the other way.
But he didnt, thats very rare for a pink CO not to dilute and not to R/S, only to fill his pockets. So if the past shows us the future, than i think no R/S and no dilutings will happen further.
If that would have happened, i would be also very careful, because 1 R/S means mostly more r/S
Looking just as an Trader, than i would think this Co with its SS, with its no R/S past, with its low or no dilutings, with its ongoing projects, Click/ Wits/ polybia/ Sri..
In total, this Co right now, has more potential than any other CO and its really not important for me if one wasnt successful prior, because we will profit from future and from the potential of it and we will not profit from the good or bad past
