The allocation of the 927,862 shares already took place back in August of 2012. FYI, i received a portion of these shares and i'm NOT a pre-BK holder.

It says it clear as day that those who held commons prior to September 25 2008 will receive the up comming distribution of 927,000 some odd shares. The recent pr speaks of the same shares i think 2.9 million im not sure. Looks like the shares are piling up yahoo!. Looks good for pre-seizure holders after all.

Do you know the date that WMI last issued a share of it's stock?

It is all about WMIs stock "...ISSUED prior to..." and that is actually all of WMI's stock, even if YOU bought it in the late 2009 or 2010 as I did...
