If you also look further into it you will also see that Ms. Sjo was appointed as a director and Chief Executive Officer of the Company on August 29, 2014. She was being paid in shares during the process of the merger.

Since the completion of the merger, the new Board also established a new “C” position by Creating a Chief Strategic Officer and asking Susan Sjo, previous interim CEO of Swordfish to take that position.

So yes she is there and not on a 2 month stint.
