I have not looked at that libel case. All I can say is that your words here and on other boards have caused people to lose a lot more money than 675K. You are the one who should be sued for fraud. I have been posting the truth and my opinion. I have nothing to fear but a frivolous lawsuit which I would easily win. You have absolutely no grounds yet you keep yelling lawsuit. Threatening a lawsuit is just one of the things you and other promtoers do to try and control honest posters and keep them off the boards. Westergaard tried that one me also. The lawsuit was always in the mail. I have been threatened many times before and will be again. I will continue to post hte truth.
