People would not even trust a PR from the company stating no R/S for a year. Just the way the OTC trades these days.

The fact that the letter at the end of the year stated numerous times about doing what is best for shareholders and that they had no plans for recapitalization is much much more than 99% of companies say when going through a reverse merger.
And the background that he has, i wouldn't think he would pull the typical snake oil salesmen tactics that are all too familiar on the OTC.
Most reverse mergers that i have played or watched that reverse split do not say a word to shareholders and do not say anything about not doing a R/S or recap plans.
