Until you have real sales that bring in more money than flies out the window you should be frugal. They paid themselves plenty of stocks. Many CEOs and others get a modest paycheck and stock options. The incentive is to get the stock price up. If you don't have any sales but pay yourself $150k because you can, because people invest their money than something is awfully wrong. Don't tell me I am envy of anybody's income because I am not.
