No, they don't. Delaware's a real PITA. They've got just about nothing online, and whatever you can order from them, you pay for.

I'll give it a shot, are they 2hrs. behind me, or 3. Also, TEIL is out of Delaware if I remember. Do they release that kind of info? Never tried them.
