Having recently done some mental 'stress testing' of my portfolio, I'm reasonably confident that the drop just the spring seasonal one. Nearly every year at this time it seems that I am able to invest some new cash in discounted techs and biotechs, usually to good effect.
Personally, I don't play the market timing game, and apparently many do.
