It's not what you state... as that is opinion....it's what the Company states. If the CEO was what you claim and "ANAS = SCAM" as you claim then the SEC would suspend trading and Matt Briggs would be behind bars. Neither has happened or will happen since your opinion of both continues to be incorrect. IMO.
