Someone is buying them... dumping or not -there is accumulation going on at the same time.

It's not rocket science. The company is financing with paper and folks buy it at .0001 because they are convinced they can strike it big...or at least sell after a tick or two. Many penny stocks sell large volume at .0001...most are junk. Expect more of the same next week.
