But if the company has no debt, how does a reverse split devalue our shares? Won't it basically just lower the O/S?

reverse splits are never good. Anyway, we'll be looking at share buy backs and I believe Mr. Vanis indicated that share buybacks would be much sooner than later.

A RS is good if they reduce the AS in conjunction with the split.

A RS for MINE while reducing the AS 1.5 billion and preparing for up-listing would be idea.
