I like it. I am sure MSFT is not too pleased. As fast as the days are going by now, the waiting periods seem to cease early with IDCC. Getting verdicts used to be the hard part. Now holding on to verdicts seems harder than getting them. I am not encouraged by the recent activity at the CAFC in narrowing the interpretation of claims. The computer boys have been real busy in DC.
