No problem, at least that's how I interpret it.

It's confusing all around and unless you read it over and over again it's tough to keep track. I try to post the links to the specific filing because it's next to impossible to search for anything specific. Sometimes those links don't seem to work unfortunately as they just take you to the root directory.

Based on Ms, Green submission on 2/23, I agree the emails under discussion were sent prior to June 2 but erased after June 2. Any emails sent after June 2 is not pertinent to the case unless she is breaking her employment agreement by trying to compete with the company. Maybe that was erased tot.

The mystery thickens ...or is getting thin.
