Legit or not legit, every stock is the OTC is a turd until proven otherwise.
Failed businesses, bad management, we are all speculating that some of these get it right. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don't.
The whole argument that there is no company here is ridiculous. A company is a company, whether starting or quitting.
And then there are shell stocks... reverse mergers, etc.
SHMX is moving in a different direction, that is what people are speculating on, and there is no real info of substance.
