"Do most suspensions happen on mon morning or something??" Definitely not....I saw no pattern in terms of the day of the week for trading suspensions.
There actually is one. Monday suspensions are rare. And of course since next Monday is a holiday, nothing will be happening.
The Commission has closed-door meetings on Wednesdays and Thursdays. That's when recommendations for suspension are discussed. Back when the Microcap Task Force was doing a lot of suspensions, many came on Thursdays and Fridays.
But currently there've been very few, which may or may not signal some kind of change in policy.
