Since you are all about the truth you probably know that the board magically exchanged shares for a different kind of shares that gives them more than 50% of the voting shares. They don't need to discuss anything with any body. They don't and won't send out any notices. They can do whatever they want without asking a single person. That's what makes this company so scary
