Are you suggesting there will be a RS once there are 200 million shares outstanding?
I don't know why anybody would claim that 151 million os shares is a SMALL amount

That's a huge amount especially when there is no cash flow. Imagine the company makes $15,100 in earnings. That is 0.0001 Penny per share.
Think about that for a minute.
