why is your the option that everything was on the up and up a 'long shot' nynewbie? I believe they released the info ONLY because they were being questioned on it and it was a legitimate question, but that doesn't mean it was never thought through--I don't know how we would be able to tell.
Should we have expected the original 8k to have addressed the issues this PR is now addressing? While it in retrospect would have been best to do that, not doing so may not be all that surprising or unusual, or meaningful.
Accusations don't equal guilty verdicts.
The good news is that these were good questions and they may force the company to consider shareholder concerns more closely in the future. Thanks for bringing up the issues.
